Chief Executive Officer
Born and raised in the heart of Leondale, East Rand, Banele Maselana knows firsthand what it means to grow up in a community gripped by crime. But instead of turning a blind eye, he turned that reality into a mission. From a young age, Banele developed an unshakable passion for safety and justice—watching neighbours lock themselves indoors and children miss out on safe play sparked a fire in him to become part of the solution.
Today, he stands as the driving force behind Zilamkhonto: PSIRA certified across all grades (A through E), and fully competent in business-purpose firearm use—including handgun, shotgun, and rifle. Banele doesn’t just run the show—he’s walked the walk, trained relentlessly, and armed himself with the knowledge, grit, and certifications to lead from the front.
More than a CEO, Banele is a symbol of what happens when purpose meets preparation. He’s not just protecting his community—he’s rewriting its story.
Sello Dhlabo
Operations Manager
Sello Dhlabo is the engine room of Zilamkhonto’s day-to-day power moves. With a solid track record as Head of Security at multiple multinational corporates, Sello brings sharp business acumen, strategic foresight, and a no-fluff, get-things-done mindset to the team.
But Sello isn’t just a security expert—he’s an operational maverick with a natural flair for entrepreneurship. From logistics to lifestyle brands, he's ventured into various industries, giving him a unique edge in understanding systems, people, and how to scale smart. His ability to see the bigger picture while keeping an iron grip on the details makes him the ultimate bridge between vision and execution.
